Art City Days Parade and Carnival

This week has been a lot of thunder storms and rain so we were very happy that the weather let up a little for the parade and carnival today. We're especially lucky to have both events just down the street a 1/2 mile so it was easy to get in and out quickly. Brandon was super sweet with Tayler and shared his candy at the parade because she was a little too shy and slow to chase after the flying treats.

One parade guy cracked us up because he was trying to get his bottles of gatorade out in his bin to throw out to the crowd but as soon as the mass of kids saw him loading up they raced up to the bin and started grabbing drinks like crazy. Even parents were yelling for their kids to grab them a drink. We thought the guy was going to get pulled to the ground and he was laughing so helplessly. I should've taken a picture, it was like the vultures were eating him a live!

Anyway, the kids had fun on the rides and eating cotton candy. Brandon was so nice to all the carni's, thanking them for the rides. I was afraid he was going to give one of them a hug!

*Take note in the above picture the rockin' Utah hair in the foreground and background!

That looks like alot of fun! The rain must have stopped for just enough time. The kids look pretty happy on the rides!
