Our weekend trip

Jason and I have never taken a trip together minus any children since Brandon was born. We decided we finally needed a little bit more than a few hours away from the kids so we got a babysitter for the day and then Holly came out and spent the night with them. We went up to SLC and shopped at The Gateway, watching the new Avengers movie, ate lunch at Tucanos and then went shopping at the new City Creek. We checked into the Grand America hotel and had dinner in the restaurant at the hotel. The food was amazing! The next morning we hopped on over to eat breakfast at Little America which we have done before and love their breakfast.

Then we decided to take a drive up to Park City and walk around the outlets. I've never driven up thru Oakley Utah and Jason wanted to show me where he use to fish every week when he was single. :) And he hasn't been back up their in almost 8 years. His friends Grandparents own a nice Cabin way back in the mountains. In the winter it's only accessible by snowmobiles up a good 1/2 hr. dirt road. It was awesome! in one of the pics you can see the house thru the trees on the other side of the Weber river. The only access to the river is if you own property or pay to go with a river guide.

 Jason and I realized we have a very small handful of pictures together so we took a few pictures of ourselves which I call the Engagement Photos! We have resolved to try and get more photos of us when we can.
