1st trip to the dentist

I took Tayler and Brandon to their 1st dentist appointment this week. I was a little apprehensive but had talked to them several times about what might happen and they love visiting their pediatrician so I wasn't too surprised at how well this dentist visit went. The assistant was so great at explaining all the tools to the kids and they thought it was awesome to watch a movie on the ceiling while their teeth got cleaned. Their favorite part of getting their teeth cleaned was getting water squirted in their mouth and then letting the straw suck it back out. Brandon does have 1 cavity, which we already knew about, so we will be headed back in a couple weeks. Tayler had a clean bill of teeth. I wanted to take a picture of them in the dentist chair but London was fast asleep in my arms the whole time and I didn't want to move because having her asleep made it an even better experience. The kids each got to pick a surprise out of the treasure chest so Brandon selected a toy car and Tayler chose a pretty flower ring....totally predictable :)
