This funny pig grunted every time Marissa tried to pet it.
Tayler loved petting the goat.
The baby bear cubs were really fiesty and fun to watch.

The kids loved riding all the rides with Aunt Marissa.
Of course everyone has to get this standard shot...with holes cut out for your faces :)
It was pretty cool walking right up to the deer to pet them.
Swim time at the pool

We entered the "feeding the baby bears contest" and Marissa won! Actually Brandon was supposed to do it but he had to be willing to go all by himself and that just wasn't going to happen so Marissa did it and it was so much fun to watch. All the baby bears drink 6 bottles each and Marissa got to learn all their names and why they were given those names, which ones were triplets and she got to pet them and get her picture taken. I asked her if they were soft and cuddly and she said, "not really! Pretty coarse and dirty."

Visiting the temple, the kids had more fun rolling down the hill.

The last time I ate at Big Judd's was 12 years ago and I ate the whole burger by myself. This time around we were quite a bit smarter and all 4 of us shared. We still had left overs.

The pool was freezing the first day so we spent most of the time in the hot tub.

Porter Park now has a splash pad area which we had forgotten about. The kids TRIED not to get wet :(

Swinging together at Porter Park.

London's first time in a swing, she loved it.

London working on her balancing skills at the temple. I think the slope of the hill helped.

Marissa and Brandon at the Rexburg Temple

Too starving to wait for pizza so they munched on crackers

Marissa and her roommate Sara selling bags at the farmer's market.

At the farmers market enjoying some shaved ice. Brandon was in heaven; all the shaved ice stands in Springville are already closed for the year.

We took a drive out to the sand dunes in the middle of the day. I guess I forgot how HOT the sand would be. All 3 kids were passed out in the car so Marissa and I raced up the hill for 2 quick shots before we seared the bottoms of our feet too badly.

Had to make a quick exit pit stop on the way home so Brandon could go potty. The fence posts on both sides of the road were all topped with cowboy boots. Kind of creepy if you ask me. Weston, ID

Marissa, Brandon and Tayler watching a movie together.

Tayler was exhausted. She found a little cubby hole to hide out in as she watched cartoons.

Using the hotel bed as a trampoline.

Rexburg! Such memories! So the Sand Dune picture of you reminds me of ours from 12 years ago and makes me want to go dig them out and post them on facebook. :) We'll see if I have time to go dig them out. :) Lookes like a fun trip. I haven't been up there since my brother moved 2 years ago.
Jenny you DORK! You had to put the picture of me posing at the sand dunes on here but you DIDN'T put the one of YOU POSING! :) But I'm glad you came.
First of all, I can't believe you ever ate an entire Big Judd's hamburger by yourself. HOW?! And gross. Secondly, so weird to hear about all those things in Rexburg that I've forgotten about, like Big Judd's and Craigo's. HA! Just hearing those names was weird. Rexburg seems like 5 lifetimes away to me. I'm so impressed with Marissa's bags...she's quite talented!
