London at 5 months

London won't actually be 5 months old until Saturday, but I figure I better get this post done while I'm on a roll. She is growing so fast. She's lost most of her pretty dark brown curly hair and it's now coming in blonde. I never imagined Jason and I having 3 light haired kids.

She has been eating cereal for a few weeks now and has loved it from the very first bite. She went to visit the dr. at her 4 month appt. and he said London was on a growth spurt and I could start her with cereal. I just kept thinking, "hasn't she been on a growth spurt since she was born?" She now weighs a little over 17 lbs and is 27 1/2 inches long. She's in 6-9 month clothes but even some of the dresses look short with her long legs.

London is really attentive and it just seems like she's always trying to figure out what we are doing. Every time I drink from a cup she just follows it back and forth so I started giving her sips and she loves it. Same goes for food so finally today I fed her a piece of bread (sshhh don't tell :).

London has had ear infections for over a month now and the dr. told me this week we may have to have tubes put in her ears. I really wished they would clear up on their own but I know tubes would probably be the best thing in the long run...we haven't even hit winter yet!

My favorite thing about London is just watching her light up when she sees Brandon, Tayler or Jason or when I go to pick her up after her nap. She's a pretty happy baby, as long as I'm holding her :)
