Yesterday we went with the Osthed's to Thanksgiving Point to visit the tulips. Every year I say that we are going to go and every year we end up not going but after seeing the upcoming forecast of rain for the week, yesterday was our only chance for a nice day. We started off with a fun picnic; Jenny O brought sushi for the mommies and Brandon and Tayler helped me pack a lunch for the kids. Brandon insisted that we bring a wicker picnic basket like on Yogi Bear. The flowers in the gardens were beautiful, I was amazed at how big the place was. We had to dodge lots of golf carts full of old people but they were all really nice :) The kids had a lot of fun, so much fun that all 3 crashed on the way home.

I love tulips in the spring! Infact that is my Mother's Day Request for this year, that there will be Tulips in the house when I wake up on Mother's Day. I hope he doesn't forget with all this moving hupla, but it might be wise to hint again as the time gets closer. And when i say hint I mean tell him exactly what I want! ;0)
That looks like it was beautiful out there. The kids are growing up so much good thing we get to see them soon!
