Tis the season for Pineapple!

I don't know if it's just a pregnancy craving or if the pineapple has been exceptionally good this year but we (I) have already plowed through 3-4 pineapples in the last month.....and I have 3 more sitting on my counter. These 3 are actually refreshments for my achievement day activity tomorrow but I'm hoping there will be some leftovers. My grandma was over for dinner this weekend and she even commented that the pineapple was the best she's ever had so if you like pineapple as much as i'm loving it right now i suggest racing to the store and finding a nice ripe one!
