Pumpkin Patch

Last night we went out with some friends to the Santaquin "Red Barn" pumpkin patch. Other than the subfreezing temperatures, we had a lot of fun. They take you on a wagon ride out to the pumpkin patch and you get to pick out your pumpkins. We usually try to find the smallest ones possible that aren't too heavy to carry home. Luckily our kids want small ones too that they can lift; I'm waiting for the day Brandon says he wants the biggest one in the field. Tayler didn't care that she was shivering and her nose was running, she just wanted to walk all over and try to pick up every pumpkin. Brandon on the other hand kept telling me how cold he was and we ended up holding him most of the time. I wanted to point out Jason in the picture wearing shorts :) trying to be brave. He told me only his hands got cold but I said he wasn't allowed to complain since I tried to persuade him at home to put pants on!

What a fun activity with dad!! He's prob wearing shorts right now even though it is snowing. I did think more of him than you when I put up the ptty artwork! Could you imagine both of us trying to fit in there to tape...it would have turned into 2 preg ladies and 3 kids playing with tools tape and everything else!! I laughed when I saw that he got out their milk and he got tayler a cupcake too! The silence can never be trusted with preschoolers...
